Privacy policy

Hush exists to keep your Slack status in sync with your schedule. We collect only what that needs, never sell or share it, and delete it when you ask. Replace this template with your own details before launching publicly.
What we store
- Slack: your user and workspace IDs, display name, avatar URL, and an access token limited to your status, presence and Do Not Disturb. We cannot read messages or channels.
- Your settings: working hours, routines, statuses, keyword rules and overrides you create.
- Google Calendar (optional): your account email, a refresh token, the list of your calendars, and the times, titles and visibility of busy events from yesterday to a week ahead.
How it is protected
All access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and only used to compute and apply your status.
What we don’t do
- No advertising, analytics trackers or third-party cookies.
- No selling, renting or sharing of your data.
- No use of Google user data for anything other than updating your status, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete account revokes our Slack and Google tokens and erases every row we hold about you, immediately.
